CaSPA teamed with the Eastern Region in 2016 to deliver a knock-out series of performing arts workshops for boys in Year 5 - Year 8.
Over 500 boys engaged in rigorous learning opportunities that utilised a myriad of strategies for teaching boys including teamwork and competition and independent discovery and self-direction delivered by positive male role models.
"The boys were constantly engaged. They thoroughly enjoyed the day and hopefully more opportunities like these are presented yearly as a transition to secondary school and the performing arts..." -Teacher
The aim of the workshops is to further the engagement of boys in their learning by providing experiences in dance, drama and music and to promote stronger ties between primary and secondary schools.
Boys Enrichment Workshops will delivered across the Eastern Region in Term 4, 2017.
