Erin Mortimer

Singer, Songwriter

Erin is a former CASPA alumni, and a professional singer/ songwriter, musician, dancer, & tutor in her own right. She has recently returned from London after living and working there for the last seven years. She taught both dance, and musical theatre classes at the Royal Academy of Dance, and across various schools in London’s south-west. She also regularly performed live as a singer/ songwriter, and pianist at some of London’s greatest live music venues.

She completed her BA of Music from the Australian Institute of Music in 2008, and released her debut album “From London to Oz” in 2013. She hopes to record a second album the near future.

Her performing credits include "Grease - The Arena Spectacular" Australian tour 2005 (Ensemble dancer & understudy), "Peace Train - The Cat Stevens Story" Australian Tour -2010, & UK tour in 2017 (Tour vocalist/ choreographer), and she also performed the national anthem twice at the NRL State of Origin in both 2008, & 2013 at ANZ stadium. She took part in the Sydney 2000 Olympics Opening ceremony (dancer), & the 2010 CHOGM opening ceremony before HRH Queen Elizabeth.
